Terms of Use

Version 2026-06-16

Diese Seite ist derzeit nur auf Englisch verfügbar.

1. Who we are and acceptance of these Terms

Center-alfa ("Center-alfa", "we", "us") operates the website and platform at center-alfa.pro (the "Platform"), a service that helps grassroots and academy football players build structured profiles and helps scouts, agents, and academy directors find, filter, and compare young talent.

Center-alfa is currently operated as an early-stage, pre-incorporation project by Rafael Carvalho, an individual based in Munich, Germany, who acts as the data controller for the Platform. Center-alfa intends to incorporate a company to operate the Platform; this section will be updated with the company's legal name, registration number, and registered address once incorporation is complete. By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • Player profile: the structured data page representing a footballer on the Platform.
  • Tier 1 data: fields visible to any authenticated user (first name, position, age, club, preferred foot, country of residence, minutes played, eligibility status, trust level).
  • Tier 2 data: all other profile data (full name, evidence and performance metrics, coach and mental assessments, contract, agent/agency and sponsor details, socials, exact residence, height and weight, media, formation history), which is hidden by default for minors and only released through an approved access request.
  • Guardian: the parent or legal guardian who creates and controls a minor player's account and profile.
  • Requester: a scout, agent, or academy director who asks to view a minor's Tier 2 data.

3. Eligibility and account roles

The Platform supports the following account roles: Player (18 or older, self-managed), Parent / Guardian, Scout, Agent, and Academy Director. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.

A player who is under 18 years old cannot create or hold their own account. Only a parent or person who legally holds parental responsibility for that child may create an account on the child's behalf, in the Guardian role, and must be able to demonstrate that parental responsibility on request.

4. Special rules for minors

Processing a child's personal data on the Platform relies on the consent of the holder of parental responsibility, given before the child's profile is created, in line with Article 8 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Article 14 of Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

A Guardian may withdraw this consent at any time, which will result in the prompt deletion or deactivation of the child's profile, as described in our Privacy Policy. While a player is a minor, the Guardian is solely responsible for deciding which access requests to approve or deny, and for the accuracy of the data entered on the child's behalf.

When a player turns 18, control of the profile, including all consent and access decisions, transfers to the player, who may then claim, modify, or delete the account directly.

5. Tier 2 access requests

A Requester who wants to view a minor's Tier 2 data must submit an access request through the Platform. The Guardian may approve or deny the request. An approval grants a limited number of profile views; once that allowance is used, Tier 2 data is hidden again until a new request is approved. Adult players who self-manage their profile may grant or remove access to their own Tier 2 data directly.

6. No facilitation of international transfers of minors (FIFA RSTP)

Center-alfa is a talent-visibility and scouting information platform. It is not a football club, academy, players' agent, intermediary, or organiser of trials or transfers, and it does not arrange, broker, negotiate, or execute the international transfer, loan, trial, or registration of any player under the age of 18.

Article 19 of the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP) generally prohibits the international transfer of minors, subject to narrow exceptions (for example: the player's parents move to the country of the new club for reasons unrelated to football; a move within the European Union / European Economic Area for players aged 16 to 18 under the protective conditions of RSTP Annex 5; or the player lives within 50 km of a national border shared with the country of the new club). Center-alfa makes no representation that any minor shown on the Platform qualifies, or will qualify, for any such exception, and assumes no responsibility for verifying or securing compliance with Article 19, Article 19bis, any national football association's regulations, or any applicable immigration or labour law.

Any club, academy, agent, intermediary, or other user who, using information obtained through the Platform, initiates contact, a trial, a registration process, or any step toward the cross-border movement of a minor, does so entirely at its own risk and is solely responsible for independently verifying and complying with Article 19 RSTP, the relevant national football association, and all applicable laws before taking that step. Center-alfa disclaims all liability arising from a breach of Article 19 RSTP or related regulations by a user, and reserves the right to suspend or terminate, without notice, the account of any user reasonably suspected of such a breach.

Displaying a minor's profile on the Platform is for talent monitoring and identification purposes only, including the identification of opportunities that may only be lawfully pursued once the player turns 18 or falls within a recognised exception under Article 19 RSTP.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to bypass, scrape, or automate access to Tier 2 data, or to circumvent the access-request mechanism.
  • Do not contact a minor directly, or contact a Guardian outside the Platform's access-request flow, before an access request has been approved.
  • Do not use any data obtained from the Platform for a purpose other than the legitimate scouting, recruitment, or representation evaluation for which it was shared.
  • Do not upload false, misleading, or infringing information about yourself or any player.

8. Accuracy of information and representations

Each account holder, and each Guardian acting for a child, represents that the information provided is accurate and that they have the right to provide it. Guardians represent that they hold parental responsibility for the child whose profile they create.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, and its underlying software are owned by Center-alfa. Content you upload (such as a player's profile information or media) remains owned by you or the data subject it describes; by uploading it you grant Center-alfa a licence to host, display, and process it for the purpose of operating the Platform.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is an information and discovery tool. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any profile, the outcome of any scouting process, or the conclusion of any transfer, trial, contract, or representation agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Center-alfa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, in particular Section 6 and Section 7, or that we reasonably believe puts a minor at risk. You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the current version date below and, for material changes, ask you to accept the updated Terms again before continuing to use the Platform.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that entitle you to bring proceedings in your own country of residence. These Terms do not limit any mandatory protection you have under the law of your place of residence, including GDPR rights for users in the European Union / European Economic Area and LGPD rights for users in Brazil.
